For the first time since it launched in 2020, the streaming service Peacock is getting a price increase. Membership rates are going up from $5/month to $6/month for the Premium plan and from $10/month to $12/month for Premium Plus.

The price increases were first reported on by Deadline. Yearly membership rates going forward are $60/year for Premium and $120/year for Premium Plus.
Peacock had 22 million subscribers as of March 31, but parent company NBC Universal will announce new subscriber numbers during its next earnings report later this month.
The Premium plan comes with all of Peacock’s original shows and movies, as well as live sports, with ads. The Premium Plus plan has all of that with almost no ads, the ability to download shows, and local NBC channels.
